Got a design? Great – let’s go with it. When we created Plastic Card Experts, our top priority was – and remains – our customers: Giving you what you want and need for you business to outperform the competition. And that’s why we make it easy for you to supply your own art for your cards – so you have that option, in case that’s how you’d prefer to proceed.

If supplying your own artwork:

• Finished card trim size = 85mm x 54mm. We need 3mm bleed on all sides so full dimensions, with bleed = 91mm x 60mm.
• Please send native ‘layered’ file, e.g., background on one layer, text on another layer, additional images on additional layers.
• If you are unable to provide native format then please supply as a flat EPS with all fonts outlined (converted to shapes).
• Please supply all fonts used in your artwork.
• All images in artwork must be CMYK and 300dpi is a must. All text must be 3mm away from the trimmed edge.
• Please check size of files you are emailing and if needed zip or stuff if needed.
